Jean-Claude Van Damme stars as a cop working for the Time Enforcement Agency, assigned to prevent time travel and the disastrous consequences that could result from use of this dangerous new technology. But when he discovers that the senator overseeing the agency has been manipulating the past for financial gain, he travels back in time to thwart the senator's plot . . . and maybe, just maybe alter the thread of history that resulted in his wife's untimely murder.
