CAPPY RICKS RETURNS
Synopsis:
A conniving lobbyist is pushing legislation to ban the use of roofing shingles. Enter Cappy Ricks, a lumber company owner who's none too happy about losing business, and who hires an ambitious young man to fight the ban. Enter Cappy Rick's daughter, who falls in love with the young man and may be a spy for the lobby.
