Synopsis:
The adventures of Tugboat Annie, skipper of the sea-going Narcissus, and her undisciplined crew, versus rival tugboat owner Captain Bullwinkle. In this outing, Annie plans to adopt a young boy, but through clerical error is given a young man instead.
