Synopsis:
After serving three years for a crime he didn't commit, a San Francisco detective hunts down the man who framed him and killed his family. However, his target - now a respected citizen in Ketchikan, Alaska - actually never committed the crimes. The real killer plans to murder the Alaskan, and frame the detective again!
