MAD DOG AND GLORY

Ironically nicknamed ‘Mad Dog’ because of his timid nature, detective Wayne Dobie inadvertently saves the life of local Mafioso Frank Milo. Aggressively grateful, Frank invites Wayne to his nightclub and then manoeuvres him into accepting a barmaid on a ‘gift’ for a week. Wayne falls for her and this produces an impossible situation when Frank asks for her back. How can the shy and peaceful Dobie extricate himself from a potentially murderous showdown?
