Synopsis:
Lelaina Pierce has just graduated from college and is working at the local TV station. To speed up her promotion she decides to produce her own programme, but she soon realises that to move up the ladder quickly she is expected to do more than just work. Now she must decide whether to give in to the charms of video executive Michael or stay loyal to her uncultivated but cool friend Troy.
